Our culture

You’ll find our core values expressed in everything we do, whether its building relationships, closing deals, hosting events or just kicking back at happy hour. Our culture is what drives us to do great things together.

We roll up our sleeves and find a way.
We’re always learning.
We give back.
We laugh.
We recognize hard work.
We create friendships that last.
We break the wheel.
We drink beer ... and sometimes wine.

Our award-winning culture

As you can tell, culture is a big deal here. We want to make sure that we create an environment where our team members can really thrive … so much so that we’ve won awards for it.

It’s obvious that culture is a big part of who we are, but our team is what sets G3 apart from the rest. We’re a close-knit group of forward-thinking innovators fueled by collaboration, food, coffee and more…

“If there’s one quality that all Content4Demand team members share, it’s a commitment to collaboration. We all recognize each other’s immense talents, and we’ve built our processes to bring out everyone’s best work, individually and collectively.”

Maggie Iskander

Director of Client Services

Orange County, California

“I could write a list of things I love about G3 that would rival the length of a CVS receipt, but the two most important benefits to me are the collaboration and innovation. I’m constantly doing research on the latest and greatest in the design industry and learning new platforms that help keep my creative juices going strong.”

Gina Lipere

Publication Design Director

Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey

“At Retail TouchPoints and G3’s other properties, we’re always writing about the vital importance that innovative thinking plays in achieving success. G3’s commitment to innovation, and the many ways it translates this commitment into concrete action, are both important ways that G3 differentiates itself.”

Do good. Feel good.

Social responsibility is in our DNA. The G3 Gives Back initiative motivates the team to give back through paid time off to volunteer, clothing and food drives, fundraisers and more.

Pajama Program

The entire G3 team worked together to donate 200 books, 65 sets of pajamas and $5,000 to the Pajama Program, a nationwide program that works to provide children in need with a warm pair of pajamas and a good book. The best part was dropping off our donations to a local preschool and spending time reading to the children.

Community Food Bank of Central New Jersey

Every year, the G3 team makes an effort to donate Thanksgiving meals to local families in need, but instead of the donation coming just from us, we like to involve the entire B2B community at large. We’re proud to announce we were able to donate delicious Thanksgiving meals to 28 families through the Community Food Bank of New Jersey! The turkeys were hand-delivered just in time for the holiday personally by our VP of Digital Marketing Mike Santos and HR Director Kristen Forlini.

Project Linus

As part of our Team Meeting last year, the team made over 75 blankets for Project Linus, a non-profit organization that provides homemade blankets to children in need.
