Social responsibility is in our DNA. The G3 Gives Back initiative motivates the team to give back through paid time off to volunteer, clothing and food drives, fundraisers and more.

Pajama Program

The entire G3 team worked together to donate 200 books, 65 sets of pajamas and $5,000 to the Pajama Program, a nationwide program that works to provide children in need with a warm pair of pajamas and a good book. The best part was dropping off our donations to a local preschool and spending time reading to the children.

Community Food Bank of Central New Jersey

Every year, the G3 team makes an effort to donate Thanksgiving meals to local families in need, but instead of the donation coming just from us, we like to involve the entire B2B community at large. We’re proud to announce we were able to donate delicious Thanksgiving meals to 28 families through the Community Food Bank of New Jersey! The turkeys were hand-delivered just in time for the holiday personally by our VP of Digital Marketing Mike Santos and HR Director Kristen Forlini.

Project Linus

As part of our Team Meeting last year, the team made over 75 blankets for Project Linus, a non-profit organization that provides homemade blankets to children in need.
